How to withdraw funds?

  • Login client portal: Log in to our client portal payment area and select “Withdrawals”.
  • Select the account: Select the account you wish to withdraw funds from, and enter the desired amount.
  • Choose payment method: Choose where you want your funds to be withdrawn.
  • Confirm Details: The details you have entered again and click “Request Withdrawal”.
  • Withdrawal of funds is only available to clients who have uploaded their identification documents and their trading account approved. However, in order to protect all parties against fraud, we may require additional information and/or proof of identity to be submitted before we can process your withdrawal request.
  • All initial withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security by providing a bank statement that includes account holder information and bank details. Lucror Ltd. will not accept withdrawals made under a different name to the registered Lucror Ltd. trading account. Due to third-party transaction regulations, funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint) as your Lucror Ltd. trading account.
  • Lucror Ltd. does not charge any internal fees for withdrawing funds from your account. However, funds withdrawn to non-Australian banking institutions may be subjected to fees from any intermediary bank involved in the transaction and may attract a receiving fee from your bank/financial institution. Please account for these fees when making withdrawals of small amounts.
  • All withdrawal requests received before 1 PM AEST will be processed on that same day from Monday to Friday. Any requests received after this time may not be processed until the next available business day. In addition, Lucror Ltd. cannot guarantee same-day value for receipt of funds. Processing times are subject to the receiving bank processes – international transfers may take between 2 – 5 days to be received.
  • Processing times for bank transfers may vary and are beyond Lucror Ltd.’s control. Funds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.
  • Additionally, international transfer fees charged by our banking institution are passed onto the client (approximately AUD 20).
  • All initial withdrawal requests must be verified for safety and security by the provision of a bank statement which includes account holder information and bank details.
